If you are having trouble logging in the first thing to check is are you on the correct website? If  you have a BJU email address you’ll be using the UniversityYardSale.com, if you have a NGU email you’ll be using the NGUYardSale.com. If you are a grad or friend of BJU or NGU and don’t have a school email you’ll be using the AlumniYardSale.com.

To change your password

Go to the login page.

Click on “Forgot Password?”

Then enter you user name or email. If you get an error message saying it can’t find you username or email you may be on the wrong website.

Check your email.

 You should receive an email with a link that will take you to this page which will let you set your new password.
